The American Ambulance Association’s National Stars of Life Program is the most rewarding and exciting national event in the industry. This one of a kind event honors the dedication of ambulance services professionals, those remarkable individuals that stand out and represent excellence in every area of the industry. Your simple act of Nominating creates a “Star”. These are the people the American Ambulance Association will recognize in a series of celebratory and educational events in our Nation’s Capital. Fred Ashley works as a REACT Paramedic and has mostrecently been selected to work as a Field Training Officer. Fred will also perform as Shift Operations Supervisor in Relief when his Supervisor is on leave. Fred began his EMS career with REACT in April 2010 as a Basic EMT. Fred was more than half way through his Paramedic education and was soon considered to have strong potential as a REACT Paramedic.

Paramedic Fairon Gibson truly represents excellence in the EMS industry. She is both a talented clinician, as well as a dedicated team player. Fairon began her EMS career working as a first responder in rural Pike County, Georgia in 2003. Fairon later joined Mid Georgia Ambulance (MGA) in 2007 where she worked part time, until becoming a full time MGA Paramedic in 2013.Fairon is a dedicated and invested member of her community.
